Identifying Unique Content
SpiderCache's Paramaterized Caching
One of SpiderCache’s most important innovations is the way in which it recognizes unique content. SpiderCache’s Parameterized Caching permits a site administrator to cache content based on multiple, independent criteria. These criteria include query strings, with the option to incorporate highly granular items such as values in http headers or cookie information, or any combination thereof. Administrators can choose, for example, to cache page instances based on identifying information such as User ID, cell phone model (critical for iMode implementations), browser types and versions, language, or location. Administrators can also use exclusive and inclusive values to further refine the caching environment.
SpiderCache meets the needs of web administrators and developers with unique, granular configurability that offers maximum resource savings. SpiderCache is the only product on the market with such an extensive level of configurability and flexibility for the single server environment. |
