WARP Solutions Announces New SpiderCache Multi-Function Software

SpiderCache RP Optimizes Performance of Enterprise Applications, Accelerates
the Delivery of Web-Based Content, and Reduces Bandwidth Requirements

NEW YORK (April 21, 2004) – WARP Technology Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB: WRPT), a leading provider of network and application acceleration software, today announced that it has expanded its SpiderCache product line with the launch of SpiderCache Reverse Proxy (RP). This multi-function, software-based network acceleration appliance is designed to manage a cluster of edge-based caching servers strategically positioned across a network, significantly improving the performance of Web-based content and applications delivered to Internet users, remote sites and branch offices, and reducing bandwidth requirements.

Enterprise organizations and service providers can use SpiderCache RP in conjunction with the SpiderCache RP node software to deploy an application delivery network (ADN) or enterprise content delivery network (eCDN). As a result, dynamic Web content can be served locally at branch offices, eliminating bottlenecks, and reducing latency and network traffic.

Ideal for accelerating Internet applications and other business-critical content, SpiderCache RP dramatically improves response times, optimizes server utilization and reduces bandwidth requirements.

SpiderCache RP offers remote site management tools with comprehensive parent/child server configuration support, and an improved Web administration console, all designed to enhance and simplify administration of the ADN or eCDN. The multi-function solution also includes partial-page caching, compression, and SSL offloading options to improve speed, performance, reliability, and scalability.

“Whether they operate a global IP network, with servers located on numerous continents, or manage a single site, SpiderCache RP offers a powerful solution to help enterprise organizations and service providers efficiently deliver dynamic content and applications via the Internet,” explained Gus Bottazzi, President and CEO at WARP. “Most importantly, the software provides the capability to deliver a more responsive user experience, especially when accessing Web-based applications or processing an online transaction.”

For WARP, SpiderCache RP is one of several new products that represent the company’s recent shift in product strategy. WARP is now focused on developing software and software-based appliances – all designed to accelerate the delivery of business-critical applications and content over IP-based networks.
