to Speed Web Site Performance by 40 Percent

NEW YORK (November 4, 2003) – WARP Technology Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB: WRPT), a leading provider of network and application acceleration technology solutions, today announced that Urban Outfitters, an innovative specialty retailer and wholesaler has selected WARP SpiderCache to improve the performance and capacity of its highly-visited Urbanoutfitters.com Web site. Since deploying WARP SpiderCache, Urbanoutfitters.com has achieved a 40 percent improvement on display speeds, leveraging its existing server infrastructure.

Urban Outfitters is a leading global retailer of men’s and women’s apparel that target the hip, “20-something” market niche. The company has 54 stores across North America and operates flagship locations in key European markets, including London, Dublin and Glasgow. The company’s Web site – UrbanOutfitters.com – averages 1.3 million page views from approximately 35,000 unique visitors each day.

Using WARP SpiderCache to ensure performance, reliability and continuity of its Web site and e-commerce operations, Urbanoutfitters.com has realized performance gains of 40 percent since deploying the solution in July 2003. The company is serving Web content faster and accommodating more visitors. Additionally, it increased its total page views by 58 percent.

“It is critical that our Web site is available during traffic spikes and that it delivers a positive experience to our frequent visitors and online customers,” explained Chris DeWitt, Urban Outfitters Direct’s Managing Director. “The WARP SpiderCache software has allowed us to maintain optimal performance levels while increasing the total number of visitors and page views.”

WARP SpiderCache offers a non-intrusive, software-based solution to improve the performance and capacity of Web sites, online transaction systems, and Web-based applications. The software is designed to remove server-side bottlenecks, while leveraging existing IT infrastructures.
