Dynamic Content Routing Technology

Leading Provider of Application Acceleration Technology
Adds Transactional Content Routing to Patent Portfolio

NEW YORK (July 24, 2003) – WARP Technology Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB: WRPT), a leading provider of network and application acceleration technology solutions, today announced the expansion of its patent portfolio with the receipt of U.S. patent 6,598,077 for Dynamic Content Routing, an important component of its Global Transaction Enabled Network (GTEN) architecture.

The patent describes a technology that enables unprecedented scalability to transaction-oriented Internet applications. The system illustrates a technique that allows for dynamic distribution of an Internet application across multiple points of presence and provides a routing mechanism to direct dynamic requests for changed content only to the points of presence where the content is valid.

“By distributing transactions across multiple points of presence, this patented technology effectively addresses the “single point of contention problem” often experienced by transactional applications deployed across the Internet,” said Greg Parker, WARP’s CTO. “Until now, WARP has concentrated on optimizing the “read” side of transaction processing over the Internet. This patent clearly demonstrated our intent in pursuing solutions that deal with the “write” side of application acceleration technologies.”
