WARP Solutions and iMimic Networking Announce
New Release of Web Caching Software for Solaris

NEW YORK, NY (May 2, 2003) – WARP Solutions, Inc. and iMimic Networking, Inc., leading providers of Web content caching and application acceleration solutions, today announced the immediate availability of the DataReactor caching software specifically designed for Sun Microsystems’ Solaris operating system. This new version provides a highly-scalable Web content caching solution for Solaris environments.

Following the recent acquisition announcement between iMimic and WARP Technology Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB: WRPT), the parent company of WARP Solutions, the new version of the DataReactor product offers a strategic alternative for organizations who are currently transitioning from Inktomi Traffic Server or other caching solutions.

“The new release of the DataReactor product is one component of our corporate strategy to deliver a range of award-winning Web caching and application acceleration technologies that support all major operating systems and platforms,” explained Karl Douglas, CEO of WARP Technology Holdings. “We see a tremendous market opportunity for this product, and plan to aggressively market it and introduce special pricing to organizations that need an alternative to other caching solutions.”

In addition to Solaris, the DataReactor product is also available for environments that run on FreeBSD, Linux, and Mac OS X platforms. The new version of DataReactor for Solaris supports all forms of Web caching, including proxy, transparent and reverse proxy, as well as multiple servers per reverse proxy. DataReactor Core is engineered to be compatible with most L4/L7 switches.

“The support for Solaris will further reinforce iMimic’s performance leadership in the Web caching market,” added Filip Vandenbussche, COO of iMimic Networking. “Our DataReactor product was first established at the highly competitive IRCache Cacheoff which benchmarked caching appliances. iMimic led the competition 3 years straight, and the new addition of Solaris will further facilitate rapid growth opportunities world-wide.”

In addition to conventional HTTP caching, DataReactor Core provides FTP, search engine, message board and query caching along with cache content pre-positioning. DataReactor Core also enables enforcement of various access control policies. The software is easy to install, and provides a wide variety of configuration and monitoring options, capable of handling the highest-demand Web caching environments.
