WARP SOLUTIONS INC., NAMED A 2002 FINALIST BY NETWORK COMPUTING
FOR WELL-CONNECTED AWARD

WARP 2063 Application Pre-Processor tops Digital Convergence category based on its ability to optimize transaction processing on the Internet.

New York, NY, April 15, 2002 - WARP Solutions, Inc., today announced WARP 2063 Application Pre-Processor has been awarded finalist status by Network Computing, a CMP Media LLC magazine, for a 2002 Well-Connected Award in the category of Digital Convergence. The product was chosen for its innovative approach to optimizing transaction processing in the Internet.

"WARP is honored to have been nominated and named a finalist for this prestigious award," said Brian Matzke, Vice President of Sales, WARP Solutions. "This important milestone confirms WARPs' leadership position in the space of application acceleration and transaction optimization on the Internet."

This year, the winners of the Network Computing Well-Connected Awards will be revealed at a gala event held on the evening before one of the industry's largest trade shows, NetWorld+Interop 2002 Las Vegas. All Finalists will be highlighted in the May 13th issue of Network Computing and also on Network Computing Online at http://www.networkcomputing.com.

Warp 2063 provides an Internet architecture that is optimized for delivering both static and dynamic content. Warp 2063 enabled dynamic caching eliminates the need to re-execute data processing for similar queries. This reduces the flow of traffic to the application resources to just the update requests. Serving 80-90% of the repeat queries from the edge of the network accelerates dynamic content delivery by eliminating both network and server latency.

"No other annual awards program in the industry uses hand-on evaluations to choose its winners," said Fritz Nelson, Publisher of CMP's Network Computing. "Our editors worked at length to research and test the best offerings in the enterprise arena. Being named a Well-Connected Award Finalist is a true reflection of product quality rather than merely product popularity or marketing effectiveness."
