Warp Appoints Senior Executive to the Newly-Created European Position of
Director of Strategic Business Development and to Head the London Office
NEW YORK, NY - August 16, 2000 -- WARP Solutions, Inc., the provider of Intelligent Technology for Internet Performance, today announced that it has opened its first overseas office in London and named an experienced software veteran to implement the first step in the company's aggressive global growth strategy.
WARP's new London office, will oversee the launch of their revolutionary patent-pending Internet Performance technology across Europe. The new London office will serve as the company's first international hub as WARP looks to expand marketing and 24/7 customer support services globally.
Heading the European Operations will be Charles Murray, who has been named to the newly-created position of European Director of Strategic Business Development. Mr. Murray joins WARP with more than 17 years of experience in business and financial technology advertising and marketing. He will be responsible for spearheading deployment of the WARP suite into Europe and managing the UK and European end of WARP's Global Operations.

Mr. Murray is charged with building WARP's European operations, starting first in the United Kingdom. The London hub will then play a critical role in WARP's regional marketing and global customer support.
